Lockout / Tagout

Each year, hundreds of workers face serious injury or fatality due to uncontrolled hazardous energy. Veriforce’s Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Course is designed to meet OSHA’s stringent safety standards and ensure the highest level of workplace safety.

The Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Course by Veriforce equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to implement OSHA-compliant hazardous energy control procedures. This course helps you understand the purpose and function of LOTO and familiarize yourself with various sources of hazardous energy, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic. The course meets the OSHA General Industry training requirements under 29 CFR 1910.147, ensuring compliance with federal safety standards.

Participants will learn about the roles and responsibilities involved in LOTO procedures, as well as the development, maintenance, and inspection of LOTO programs. The course also covers detailed procedures for effectively controlling hazardous energy in different workplace scenarios.
